No, no, no, that's not where I wanted to go! Siren's mind began to panic as she continuously flipped levers and pressed buttons within her TARDIS. It jerked around, causing the cloister bells to sound. What in the world was going on? She had never heard the alarms go off in her own machine before. It was such a common sound in the Doctor's, but hers? Something must really be causing problems... and she wasn't quite sure what. "What's wrong? What's going on--"

She fell over, her side slamming into the console as she let out a yelp from the pain. Trying to catch her breath, she shook it off quickly with an irritated glance toward the screen. "Watch it! I'm trying to get us out of this spot of trouble!" she scolded the machine as it quickly jerked again. "Well then what do you want me to do!" The cloister bells suddenly stopped as the screen lit up with a warning. There was something that was effecting the heart of the TARDIS... and Siren felt her hearts race.

"Sorted," she mumbled to herself as she looked toward the doors. She quickly ran to the exit, seeing that she was now drifting in deep space. There was no sign of anything near by and the TARDIS was refusing to communicate. "Bloody hell," she sighed, quickly going back at pressing the emergency button. It pulled out a psychic cube and she quickly inscribed a psychic message into it, explaining that she was in need of help immediately. When her TARDIS was having problems with the heart, it played tricks. Mind tricks. That way it could sort out the enemies from the people trying to help. She had only dealt with this once before in her last form with the Tenth Doctor... and she definitely needed him to help her at that point. She needed someone to come, because doing this alone was not possible.

TARDIS Trap // OPEN Empty Re: TARDIS Trap // OPEN

The Ninth Doctor had a moment of silence, he had no clue where Rose was and it didn't bother him in the least. He knew she was capable of caring for herself and protecting herself, she was strong and capable. Even with the promise he'd made to her mother he'd make sure she was safe and she would be even if he had to send her away. That thought was rather upsetting but he fought it down and kept himself relaxing while he tried to decide where and when to go.

After a few moments of the silence a psychic cube made it's appearance and the message was clear. Someone with a TARDIS needed help and desperately so, that made him jump into action and scramble. He started hitting levers and switches getting his own TARDIS into action, he had to help them! They were a Gallifreyan or if not that then they were someone with a TARDIS he had to make sure that they would get the help they needed. If they had stolen the TARDIS he'd make them pay hell, that was a Time Lord's machine not some enemy of Gallifrey.

He smiled as he thought about meeting another Gallifreyan when he was close to where and when the person was he sent a message to them. "I'm here to help, I'm The Doctor. I'll do anything that I can to assist." He said to her over the message as he prepared to go and aid her as well as he could. His hearts were thumping in his chest as he thought about helping her and assisting her in any way that he could. A female Gallifreyan that made him wonder.

TARDIS Trap // OPEN Empty Re: TARDIS Trap // OPEN

Post by Siren Mon Feb 17, 2014 10:20 pm

As the lights had gone out completely, Siren walked around the lifeless room with a frown. Something was retracting the soul back into it's protection center, causing it to lose its power... and it was not going to be easy to get it back. Suddenly though, something had banged on her TARDIS door.

Quickly going over, she noticed that someone had responded to her psychic cube! Sighing in relief, she heard that it was the Doctor and that he was coming. She couldn't be any more relieved. Thanking Rassilon for a moment, she waited patiently for him to arrive as she then went back to the console to see if she could find out what exactly was going on with her machine.

Looking into the problem with her sonic scanner, she noticed that there was something effecting the sytem itself - and it was a virus. What kind of virus was attacking the TARDIS so viciously? She could already tell this was going to be hell. If the TARDIS was being attacked, it's defense mechanism would take place and it would take forever to get to the soul.

It didn't take him long to get to the door of the other TARDIS and he smiled to himself, this was another Time Lord or some other Gallifreyan he had to do his best to talk with them. It was with that in mind that he took a deep breath and knocked on the door. He was there to help her as best that he could, he felt his hearts fluttering. This was the first of his kind he'd seen in a very long time.

After he knocked on the door and waited for her to answer, nerves and his hearts thundering as he was nervous. He hadn't dealt with another of his kind for a very, very long time and it made him very uncertain as to what was going to happen in the next few moments. The Doctor just hoped that he wouldn't recognize her or that she wouldn't be anyone that personally knew him before the war.

TARDIS Trap // OPEN Empty Re: TARDIS Trap // OPEN

Hearing the knock on the TARDIS door, a wave of relief washed over Siren as she scratched her head quickly, trying to think. Turning back around, she swooped over and opened the door quickly. "Doctor!--" she smiled, expecting someone much different. Immediately she was taken back, staring at him for a long moment as she blinked a few times.

This wasn't the Doctor she was used to. Neither spiky haired with a trench coat nor bow tie with a large chin. "Well, this is a surprise," she blinked a few times, unsure of how to respond. "Come in, come in," she then said quickly. "Something is infecting the TARDIS… and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get to the soul of it on my own." Whether he was her Doctor or not, he was still the Doctor and could help her.

Once the door opened he looked at her and smiled at her, she was interesting and she seemed shocked by him. Maybe she knew another regeneration of his and he looked at her in shock trying to see if he'd remember her. He didn't remember her face or even the feel of her presence. "Hello." He said with a nod as he looked at her trying to get a feel for her.

He smiled and waited for her words when she spoke he shook his head but moved to go in and help her. "All right let's have a look." The Doctor said as he walked over to the console, trying to figure things out himself he had no clue what it was but he had to be careful. If whatever it was could travel his own TARDIS could get sick too and he couldn't let his TARDIS get sick because if he did then he wouldn't be able to travel anymore.

TARDIS Trap // OPEN Empty Re: TARDIS Trap // OPEN

Demory found herself being incredibly awkward around the Doctor. This one, anyways. She wasn't exactly sure why--maybe it was because this was one who had no idea who she was? She felt an ache in her heart as she thought about that for a moment, but quickly shook it off with a sigh as she walked around, trying to fix the electrical problems to open the doors.

"I'm thinking we may need to go take a look at the TARDIS's soul. I need to make sure it's okay, but I need to get these doors open first--" she was immediately cut off by the cloister bells. Blinking a few times as she looked around nervously, she felt an unsettling pit forming in her stomach. "Why is that happening…" she murmured. "Why would that work and nothing else…"

Suddenly, the doors sprung open, revealing a large, windy hallway with flickering lights. It turned itself into a maze. Getting up slowly and peeking inside, she frowned. "It's trying to protect itself. It's trying to ward off intruders because only a time lord can get through this without getting too beaten up…"
