Personality: The Hatter is very crazy seeming, he jumps from subject to subject and doesn't seem to have a steady stream of thought. Though there are times where he seems like othe Time Lords the rest of the time he's like a child. Most of the time he doesn't really think his actions through and will do things on impulse rather than thoughtful consideration. He is very prone to running away from any sort of fight and he will do his best to avoid fighting because it's really not worth it. He abhors fighting most of all and he will run from it even when backed into a corner he'll try to run first. If he can't run from being backed into a corner he'll either lash out or break down very much like a child would react.

History: Born on Gallifrey, he was raised by his parents for many years and when he looked into the schism he snapped a little. He continued living a normal life for a Time Lord at least up until the Last Great Time War broke out. At which point he took a TARDIS which he made look like a Hat instead of any other device, he fled to Earth. Landing in London in the year 1864, after having used the Chameleon Arch to make himself human.

He was taken in by a Hatter who was a kindly old man who couldn't have children of his own. Who apprenticed him into being a Hatter himself, several years went by until he met Captain Jack Harkness. Who through use of random words caused him to open the Fob Watch that held everything he was. He has not been human since that fateful meeting but he did remember everything and he did become a Time Lord again, living on earth.
