Personality: (We know nothing of 12's personality yet, so I'm just going off of what I've heard in Fan Theories, interviews, articles, ect. ^_^ The Twelfth Doctor is still just as goofy and quirky as ever, what incarnation of the Good Ol' Doc isn't? However, he is also a bit short tempered and grumpy, much like his first incarnation. This is apparent due to his much older physiology. Temper problems and age aside, he is still the same Doctor we all know, ready to fight for the universe at any opportunity.

History: The Doctor regenerated as a result of dying of old age. He had spent the remainder of his final incarnation defending a small village called "Christmas" on the planet Trenzalore. He would have met his end, if not for Clara, begging the Time Lords for help, using the crack in time. Immediately after, the crack sealed, and The Time Lords re-filled The Doctor's supply of regeneration energy, allowing him to regenerate for a twelfth/thirteenth time.
